Ella James has spent more than 20 years in a world where resilience is a pre-requisite to a long career. The media and performance industries are by their very nature, industries of change. Having been fired over a dozen times, for reasons totally unrelated to her skill and performance, Ella has developed her resilience skills and has made herself what leading figures in the industry call “the Master of Reinvention”. In 2000, Ella started studying the relatively new field of positive psychology through her work on ABC RADIO. Now, in a 45 minute keynote Ella is entertaining audiences with her findings and stories of life in and out of the media. Having interviewed over 20,000 experts in their field, from politicians and sporting legends to actors and scientists, Ella peppers her delivery with stories about her life as a resilient performer.

Ella James was simply wonderful. She added a professional polish to our conference as well as a lot of fun.
